About the Event:

Event Details:

Bot Specifications:

1. The bot’s dimensions should not exceed 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 cm (l x b x h).
2. The bot’s weight should not exceed 3 kg. However, a tolerance of 5% is acceptable.
3. The potential difference between any two electrical points on the bot must not exceed 12 volts throughout the run.
4. The bot can be powered on board or off the board.

Round 1:

1. Bots navigate terrain with obstacles such as humps and elevations.
2. The bot to cross the finish line the quickest will be qualified for the next round.
3. If a bot topples, or goes out of the track or is touched by hand, then it must start from the previous checkpoint.

Round 2:

1. Bots face several difficult terrains and will have to perform a few tasks.

Rules and Regulations:

1. A team must consist of 3 members.
2. All the team members must be from the same college.
3. Participants must present a physical college ID card and PID to participate in the event.
4. An individual cannot be a member of more than one team.
5. Teams must construct their own robots; ready-made kits are not allowed.
6. Robots must adhere to the provided specifications. Any deviation will result in disqualification.
7. Both wired and wireless robots are permitted.
8. A bot cannot be shared by multiple teams.
9. AC supply will not be provided.
10. No practice runs are allowed on the main track.
11. The team completing the track in the least time wins.
12. The bot structure cannot be changed during the competition.
13. If a bot falls or becomes immobile, it will be reset to the beginning of the obstacle with a penalty.
14. Limited technical timeouts will be allowed for technical issues.
15. Pulling bots with wires on the track is strictly prohibited.
16. Bots must remain intact until results are declared.
17. The organisers will not be responsible for any kind of electromagnetic interference in wireless communication.
18. The time measured by the organisers will be final.
19. Organisers reserve the right to modify rules and rounds on the day of the event as they see fit.
20. Any misconduct or violation of rules by participants may lead to disqualification.
21. The decisions of the judges and the organisers are final and binding.

Judging Criteria:

• Time taken to cross the finish line.
• Task performance.
• Penalties will be applied wherever necessary.
