About the Event:

Roadies is an adrenaline-pumping, brain-tingling multi-round event compiled to test attributes such as teamwork, physical endurance, mental sharpness, and resilience under high-stakes situations. A journey filled with challenges that push limits and beyond, where one shall rise to become the Ultimate Roadie.


Event Details:

Round 1: Team Task & MCQ Round

  1. Participants will compete in teams of 2 (Registration should be done individually).
  2. Each team must be formed by the participants themselves. If any participant is unable to form a team, the organisers will assign them to a team based on availability.
  3. Each team must attempt an MCQ test and subsequently perform a set of tasks.
  4. Eliminations will be carried out based on MCQ performance and task outcomes.


Round 2: Interview & Gang Selection

  1. Participants who qualify from Round 1 will be interviewed individually.
  2. Interviews will be conducted by the Gang Leaders.
  3. Based on the interviews, Gang Leaders will select participants to form their respective Gangs.
  4. Only selected participants will advance to the next round.


Round 3: Gang Task Round

  1. Participants will compete as part of the Gangs formed in Round 2.
  2. Each Gang will perform a series of physical tasks with guidance from their Gang Leader.
  3. Evaluation will consider both individual performance and overall Gang performance.
  4. Top-performing participants from all Gangs will be selected for the final round.


Round 4: Questionnaire & Stress Interview

  1. Participants will compete individually.
  2. Participants will be given a questionnaire to assess their thinking, decision-making, and personality.
  3. This will be followed by a stress interview.
  4. The final winner will be determined based on performance in this round.


Rules and Regulations:

  1. A team must consist of 2 members.
  2. All team members must be from the same college.
  3. Participants must present a physical college ID card and PID to participate in the event.
  4. The decisions of the judges and organisers are final and binding.
  5. The use of vulgar or offensive language, personal attacks on individuals regarding their character or physical appearance, and disrespectful behaviour towards the judges is strictly prohibited. 


 Judging Criteria:

  1. Physical fitness and endurance.
  2. Problem-solving ability.
  3. Communication skills.
  4. Professionalism and attitude.
  5. Ability to work in a team.
