About the Event: 

Inspired by the popular radio and TV game show, Just A Minute challenges contestants to speak on a topic without hesitation, repetition, or deviation. Coordinated by the JAM Master, participants can raise objections to score points while spotting flaws in their opponents’ speech. A fun and engaging platform to test quick thinking, sharp wit, and English-speaking skills!

Event Details:

Round 1: 

1. Participants must speak for 1 minute on a given topic.
2. The goal is to demonstrate speaking skills and ability to think on your feet.

Round 2:

1. This will be a standard buzzer round of a JAM competition. 
2. The JAM Master reserves the right to conduct the round as they see fit.

Rules and Regulations: 

1. Individual participation.
2. Participants must present a physical college ID card and PID to participate in the event.
3. The JAM Master’s decision is final. Participants may try to convince the JAM Master but must not argue with the decision.

Judging Criteria:

1. Fluency.
2. Choice of words.
3. Timing and ideas.
