Escape Room
About the Event:
Prepare for an immersive challenge where your detective skills are put to the test. With few technical and problem-solving skills, you must escape the grasp of your kidnapper. Your basic knowledge of biology and chemistry will be the key to uncovering the room's secrets. Enter the room, decode who did it, and escape!
Event Details:
Round 1:
Part 1: Screening test
- It consists of a questionnaire comprising topics from the fundamental sciences (physics, chemistry, and biology).
- A total of 30 minutes is allotted to complete the questionnaire.
- Top 10 teams advance further.
Part 2: Protocol hunt
- Teams scavenge for clues that will lead them to the escape room.
- The first 3 teams that collect all the clues will be the finalists for the event.
Round 2: Escape room
- Team members are trapped in a room.
- They must find their way out by solving simple experiments, leading them to the key that solves the mystery.
Rules and Regulations:
- A team must consist of 2 members.
- All the team members must be from the same college.
- Participants must present a physical college ID card and PID to participate in the event.
- The decisions of the judges and the organisers are final and binding.
Judging Criteria:
Round 1:

- Correctness of answers to the questions.
Part 2:
- Speed in clue solving.
Round 2:
- Speed in clue solving.
